    Hayley Cull is Deputy CEO at Plan International Australia, a leading humanitarian organisation advancing child rights and girls’ equality across 80+ countries, reaching more than 40 million children each year. With experience at both Plan and UNICEF, she has shaped laws and policies to prevent gender-based violence and child trafficking, driven government investments protecting children in crises, guided philanthropists to back generational change, and led global research on issues from climate change to social media’s impact on girls. A former journalist and strategic communicator, Hayley is a regular media commentator on women’s and girls’ rights and and is a determined optimist that a better world is possible..

    Managing Director, Think Impact

    Kevin is Managing Director at Think Impact, one of Australia’s leading social impact and sustainability consultancies. With more than 25 years in social change, he has held leadership roles including CEO of United Way Australia and Executive Director at Social Ventures Australia, where he advanced social innovation and solutions to long-term employment exclusion. Before moving to Australia, Kevin was Chief Executive of one of Scotland’s leading social enterprises, advised the Big Lottery, and worked with both the Scottish and UK Governments. An experienced author, trainer and facilitator, he brings deep expertise in impact evaluation, social innovation, procurement, philanthropy, and new approaches to commissioning public services.

    Dr Michelle Evans

    Professor of Leadership, University of Melbourne

    Dr Michelle Evans holds a Professorship in Leadership at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne, specialising in the areas of Indigenous leadership and entrepreneurship. She is Director of the Dilin Duwa Centre for Indigenous Business Leadership working to contribute through education and research to an economically powerful Indigenous Australia. She is also founder of the award winning MURRA Indigenous Business Masterclass Program, based at Melbourne Business School where she completed her PhD. Professor Evans has been awarded five Australian Research Council competitive grants, international research grants (Spencer Foundation, Endeavour Grant, Fulbright Scholarship) and is widely published.

    Aaron leads the integration of Social Value and Fairness, Inclusion, and Respect (FIR) across one of Australasia’s largest essential services providers. With a background in DEI, sustainable procurement, and public infrastructure, he’s helping redefine how large purchasing organisations embed social value into delivery. Aaron co-chairs the Australian Social Value Taskforce, is a member of the Global Social Value Taskforce and was instrumental in adapting the TOMs framework for Australia and His focus is on turning good intentions into measurable outcomes that support clients’ social, economic, and community goals.

    Founding Managing Partner, Mondiale Impact

    Rosemary Addis AM is a globally recognised strategist and director in impact investment and market innovation. She is Founding Partner of Mondiale Impact, founder of Impact Strategist, and Global Advisor to Sweef Capital, with academic appointments at the University of Melbourne and University College London. Her leadership spans roles with the Australian Government, GSG Impact, and Impact Investing Australia, shaping pioneering funds, policies and strategies worldwide. A former global lawyer ranked by Chambers Global, she has been recognised as a Sorenson Impact Leader, one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence, and was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2020.

    Ian has been the CPO of DuluxGroup for the last 13 years, managing a ~A$2Bpa spend across a diverse range of categories and industries for the DuluxGroup businesses in the Asia Pacific and Europe. DuluxGroup is a Partner Company of the Nippon Paints Group, with Ian’s role including working with the broader Nippon procurement function to manage key suppliers at a global level and deliver company-wide procurement projects. Prior to commencing at DuluxGroup, Ian held senior procurement positions at Foster's Group and AGL, and also worked at A.T. Kearney for several years, focusing mostly on procurement engagements.

    Seri is the Co-founder and Executive Director of The Dea Network, an organisation focussed on building a community of empowered Australian women ready to align their wealth with their values and drive systemic change through investment. A seasoned executive, non-executive director and changemaker with over 20 years’ experience across social finance, venture philanthropy, and impact investing, Seri has held numerous leadership roles, including as Head of Social Investment for one of Australia’s largest private trusts, CEO of the ten20 Foundation, and Founding Director of Social Ventures Australia’s Melbourne office. In 2020, she was awarded the Order of Australia medal for her service to communities and non-profit organisations.

    Matt is a leader with extensive service and relationship management experience within large complex organisations. Initially starting his career in Industrial Relations in the coal industry Matt spent 15 years running regional and global IT services for the Royal Dutch Shell Group before joining ANZ. At ANZ he was responsible for building and delivering 3rd party governance within the bank then later for setting the strategic direction for a $2b global Procurement portfolio. Matt joined the University of Melbourne in 2023 as Procurement Director. Matt is passionate about diversity and with the Australian Disability Network helped set-up an industry taskforce to deliver better outcomes for those living with a disability, via enhanced Procurement processes.

    Ramon Dobb, is the National Procurement Manager at Fulton Hogan in Australia and has demonstrated strong leadership and advocacy for supplier diversity, significantly contributing to the growth and sustainability of diverse suppliers within Fulton Hogan. He has been an active member of Supply Nation, Social Traders, ISC Modern Slavery Coalition and Fulton Hogan’s RAP Working Group Steerco for many years. His commitment to creating inclusive and ethical procurement strategies has supported the positive social impact within Fulton Hogan’s diverse supply chains.

    Chief Executive Officer, Australian Disability Network

    Amy became Chief Executive Officer of Australian Disability Network in September 2025, having previously served as Deputy CEO and Relationship Manager from 2012 to 2022. With extensive experience influencing disability inclusion policy and practice in both Australia and the UK, she has held senior roles including Head of Strategy at the UK-based Valuable 500 and led accessibility initiatives at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Amy’s commitment to disability inclusion is deeply personal, shaped by her family’s lived experience, and has driven her early work establishing independent living services in London and supporting sport development at Special Olympics Australia.

    Principal Sustainability Consultant, Senversa

    Adam Bumpus is a Principal Sustainability Consultant with two decades of experience in climate change strategy, risk assessment, and science communication. He holds a PhD in carbon finance from Oxford University and has worked across sectors to support climate mitigation, adaptation, and carbon management initiatives. At Senversa, Adam contributes to climate risk assessments and the development of practical carbon and climate strategies for both corporate and government clients. His broader consulting work includes advising and communicating on climate and sustainability for organisations such as the UNFCCC, UNDP, UNESCO, the World Bank, and the Global Green Growth Institute.

Prior to joining Sodexo Australia, Dominic held leadership roles with PwC and IBM in procurement transformation.
